「We have stopped in many hotels and over the past 10 years and this is up there as an absolute delight. The staff are warm and friendly - all on duty over our stay need to be commended for their commitment to ensure guests feel looked after! 「The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . 」
