Nice 1 bed/1 bath Park Model located at Magic Valley Park, a gated 55+ resort community in booming Weslaco Texas. New king size bed. Beautiful park filled with wonderful people. Amenities incl a large heated pool & hot tub. Laundry room, shuffle board, Texas size bbq grills, exercise room, game room, event hall w events year round. Doggie Park w shower & much more! 6miles from Progreso MX (safest border city in MX, tourist friendly & great med svcs) & 1.25 hr from So Padre Island beaches.
