Problème avec la réservation vrbo

Lors de notre arrivée a 22h la préposée à l’accueil a eu des problèmes avec la réservation vrbo elle a fouillé mais ne voyait pas. Elle nous as dit que ca arrivait fréquemment. Finalement elle s’est bien occupé de nous et nous as trouvé 2 chambres alors qu’on en avait juste une meilleur a l’hotel mais expérience désagréable pour le site vrbo

The hotel is under renovation but it's clean and comfortable and the staff is friendy and helpful.

This is a former hotel being slowly renovated with only a few rooms available. The room we were in was clean with comfortable beds. A microwave, fridge and a continental breakfast was provided, showing a good effort to make their guests comfortable. Because it seemed we were the only guests, it was a little creepy feeling but this accommodation will only get better as they continue to renovate. It was a fine spot to lay our head for the night.

Clean and Comfortable

Our stay was great. The room and property were clean, comfortable, and most importantly during this heat wave, the air conditioning worked. Yes it is a dated property, but the new owners are doing a great job updating it. Despite other reviews, we had absolutely no issues with our stay. The property was actually sold out the night we were there, which is really good. The new owners are really trying to bring it back to what it was, and I'm thankful that people are giving them an opportunity to do that. We were spending time in New Brunswick, so the location was absolutely perfect - plus, restaurants right in Amherst will deliver to the Inn no problem so you don't have to go out if you don't want to. We give the new owners credit for doing what they are doing, and hope they are able to keep doing it.
