West Branch Delaware River

As with many other Comfort Inn properties, this facility was average at best. Due to limited availability in the area, I ended up paying a significant amount ($1,200 for a 3-night stay) which made the overall experience even more disappointing. The first room assigned to me had mold on the windows, which I unfortunately discovered on the second day. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk changed the room promptly once I reported it. On the first day itself, I had also requested a replacement comforter because the one in the room was heavily stained. In addition, the sink was leaking, and some of my belongings placed underneath got wet. The room also had a persistent musty smell throughout the stay. Overall, this was a below-average experience and not what I expected given the price paid

Hotel felt old and outdated. Didn’t feel welcoming. We had called before we made the reservation to ensure that they had an airport shuttle, and the gentleman told us the hours and said no problem. Upon arrival, the agent was very irritated that we hadn’t made arrangements ahead of time. Would not stay here again.

the hotel was very clean beds were comfortable the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and parking was great.
