「My only complaint, it would have been nice to have ski storage in lobby instead of hauling them up and down the stairs. Elevator very slow which is why we did stairs frequently. Rooms stay unusually warm so glad we could open slider to balcony to cool off. The had cider/water/cookies all day, very responsive to any and all concerns. Very comfortable bedding and pillows.」

「Absolutely the best value in Aspen. Right next to the shuttles and about 6 minutes walk to town. Clean room good breakfast fantastic staff. All at the most reasonable price in Aspen. Like others the hot water took a long time. But it’s no big deal. Just let it run a bit first. The bathroom is a little dated but again no big deal. Definitely recommend 」

「Place was awesome. Room was new and modern. The hotel had direct access to the ski slopes. The gondola was right outside and you can ski directly to the onsite ski valet. The hotel had a very nice pool and spa complex. Also, they provided a great breakfast buffet each morning.」

「The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.」
