「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...

「Our group of 11 loved this property! Having separate buildings was great for some privacy. The game barn was an absolute gem. We enjoyed hanging out there and playing pool and games. The main house is beautiful annd well stocked. All of the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. We could have used an extra blanket or two, but truly we had no complaints. The house was spotless, everything was comfortable and just as described. Management was helpful with the couple questions I had.」

「We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!」

「Nice hotel with lots of fun amenities. We enjoyed the pool and sitting by the fire. We loved having actual beach towels provided to use at the pool. Our room was clean. You can tell it is an older hotel, but it is well kept. The breakfast was good. We would stay there again. 」

「This is kind of an older property and it is in probably the busiest area of the Cape. I probably wouldn't choose to be right on 28 again, but it is centrally located and that is a plus for some people. I found the staff to be helpful. We were allowed to check out a half hour late, and I also realized I had left a personal item and came back for it two days later. I went in and asked at the desk, and he went to the back and found it. So housekeeping had turned it in and they had kept it for me....
