“The hospitality of the front desk clerk was outstanding! I believe his name was Robert. I could be wrong, but he was very friendly, making a 6 hour trip well worth it. 10/10 will come back just to see his bright wonderful personality. He is definitely a value to the company! My room was clean, the only thing I could notice that needed some work, 1) the elevators sound very sketchy, we stayed on the 4th floor and once coming to a stop, the whole elevator would shutter, causing a loud disturbing……

“For the price of $64 2 non-smoking queen beds for Jan 2026 Iwould give it a 10 out of 10. There was some rust under the water spout in the bathtub but everything else was really great 👍👍. Front desk helped me change$5 into quarters therefore I was able to do laundry in the guest laundry room. It would have been nice if the vending machine had laundry detergent but it was sold out and I had to go to the nearby Walmart to get it. Breakfast was okay because there was a little bit of hot food……
