“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”

“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! They even helped me find a stellar locksmith to open our truck after I locked the key in it. They showed up promptly & got us back on the road with only a 30 min total delay -……

“Nice hotel and good breakfast ”

“The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! We parked in front of the hotel and paid for meter parking instead. The room we stayed in required us to haul our stuff up a short set of steps, even though there was an elevator……

“We had a wonderful stay at Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The complimentary hot breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Spokane.”

“Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles.”
