Only exception is inability to book meals and drinks to room to pay in one payment with one invoice. Apparently due to booking through second parties like Expedia this can’t be done. Even though it is okay at hotel and they have my card details upon arrival? Frustrating. 」

「Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was OK for budget accommodation and was clean and tidy, which is important. Restaurant staff were very helpful and meal recommendations were spot on. Would again for sure.」

「I booked an Executive Twin room for 2 male family members, however received a double bed. Not happy. Due to lack of information from staff, we had no idea how to access the carpark and room as the gates were locked (after hours). Rang the after hours number, where the staff member was not Happy 」
