New construction, fully stocked with everything that you would need and convenient to Knoxville & Oak Ridge (where we were mainly going during our trip). The management company is super-responsive. “Several family members had to fly into Knoxville late in the eve so we used the house as a meeting spot for 1 night . The house was exactly what was needed and it would be a great place to stay for a longer time if we were to stay in the area . ”

“Our stay was a girlfriends’ long weekend getaway. There are some good features at this property & there are also a few things that could be improved upon to make it an even better stay. The living room was comfortable, especially the big sectional sofa, which made it a great spot for everyone to gather. The kitchen had sufficient pots & pans & cooking utensils we needed for cooking meals. The Kerig needed a good cleaning. Fortunately we brought a coffee maker as a back-up. More plates and mugs……

“This space was so beautiful and comfortable for my dear friends who traveled very far to help us celebrate our upcoming big day! It was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We never heard a peep from the downstairs tenant. I am definitely recommending this home for my in laws when they come to visit in June for our wedding!! ”

“My wife and I were in town for a music festival in Greenback and wanted a relaxing “home base” for the event. This property did not dissipate. It is located in a quiet location and the rooms and amenities were incredible. We didn’t have our family with us, but it would be excellent for kids of all ages, young kids, as well as older kids like me. Plenty to do on the property with private pool and spa, game room with pool table and darts, etc. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. ”

“We all came from around the country for a family member’s wedding. We had a great time and the house worked out wonderfully! There was plenty of room for every one. We had fun in the garage where the ping pong table is. The house is close to the airport and to downtown Knoxville. We were able to go to the farmers market on Saturday morning. It’s a pretty big one with lots of vendors, ”
