「The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. 「As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. 「We had never stayed in a pod before and I was very pleasantly surprised. The hosts had laid on everything we could possibly need and were so friendly and helpful. We especially loved the wonderful breakfast hamper. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The pod is in a back garden of a house on a new estate (which we had a very nice evening walk around) but has been thoughtfully sited so it felt very private and was a lovely place to enjoy the evening sun.」

「Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. 「Well placed for the North Norfolk beaches. Has plenty of space for parking out front, is detached with a private and secure rear garden. The hot tub is slow to fill, advice is to plan 30 mins ahead when you want to use it. The bins in bathroom and bedroom had not been emptied. Also found a baby’s dummy under the bedside table. This marred what was otherwise a clean house. Also, be prepared to take your own bedding and towels or pay a fairly substantial surcharge for them being supplied. 」

「This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. Our host, Ian, was very welcoming and helpful. While some of the appliances could stand to be updated, overall, we had a pleasant stay.」
