"Because of a business trip, we booked a total of 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days, a total of 10 nights. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes."

"在小機場附近，但不巧我不是搭這個機場航班，沒有優勢，幸好到希斯路機場轉地鐵也可以直達，算是方便。鄰近單軌車站，交通方便，環境清静，可以到河邊散步，對面只有一間知名的中國餐館"一品"，没有超市或便利店，沒有任何購物點是最大缺點。"
