「預訂了兩間房間，但第一位台前服務員只能安排兩間不同樓層的房間，經過要求下由另一位台前服務員才可安排兩間房間在同一樓層。 間房廁所漏水，部分房間燈未能運作。」

「I had a good stay at the hotel. The only issue I had was on my first morning I had to take a cold shower as there was an issue with the plumbing. I let the reception know when I went out that morning, by the time I got back in the evening the issue had been resolved. I would stay again.」

「The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. 」
