“Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!”

“The owner was very nice, The unit was clean. The only issue we had was getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Very small steep steps and circular, We are all in our 70's so unless you are in good shape, it may be difficult to get up and down the stairs, One of the ladies was having trouble with her Achilles tendon and struggled,”

“Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!”
