Perfect stay

Max’s place is charming, clean and convenient. We needed to be close to downtown and loved this cottage. Its very convenient to get anywhere and is in a charming historical neighborhood. We will def stay again on our next trip to WPB

Gem of a place

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful property. Close to the Blue Heron Bridge for those of you who dive. Great location for beach and downtown. Will stay here again. Max the contact person, more than accommodating. Very responsive.

Cottage was perfect for two people and well equipped. Bit of a drive from downtown but taxi drivers very reasonably priced. Owner Max responded to any queries and would definitely recommend the property.

Hidden Gem for the Holiday

I'd highly recommend this modern pool/guest house for your next vacation! Not only was it in a perfect location, but most importantly, Max (the host) was extremely gracious and communicative even during a holiday. The host and property manager went above and beyond for us during our stay. Everything was new and clean. We look forward to staying again.

My daughter and stayed while visiting a local college. The property was exactly as described. Location was a only a 5 minute drive from downtown. The outside and pool area was beautiful. Would definitely book again.

Daughter Visit.

Our daughter attends Palm Beach Atlantic University. We traveled from St Louis to watch her dance. The VRBO was very nice. Clean. Perfect for a couple. We did not get a chance to use the pool but a nice setting in a nice neighborhood.

Hidden Paradise

We loved the pool, there are 3 units, I believe we were the only ones staying at the time. It was super clean, loved the decor especially the hardwood floors, the door to the unit as very cool. The bed was like sleeping in the clouds! Very comfortable stay. We will be back the next time we visit our family in Palm Beach.Thanks Max!

Highly recommend!

My husband and I have just returned from a great stay in this property. It is well decorated, exactly as the photos represent, well kept, and conveniently located in West Palm, Northwood area. The shared pool is a wonderful plus and was also well maintained and kept a nice temperature. Host Max was super responsive and helpful through emails for any information. We would both highly recommend the property and not hesitate to stay there again!

Quiet Beach Bungalow Vibe/Super Clean

Great little spot! The property manager was very responsive. Place was immaculately clean and had a retro Hollywood/tropical LA. About 10 mins from Palm Beach/Flagler bridge and the action. In a quiet residential neighborhood. Very secure building, lots of automatic lights and cams on exterior. Reminded me of the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood a bit. not immediately walkable to stores, bars or restaurants.

Wedding weekend

My husband and i were in town for a wedding. Loved the carriage house. It was perfect and Max could not have been more helpful. Loved it in every way. And…. It’s prettier in person than in the pictures!!!
