Wonderful Gem, great communication!

This house was perfect for our group of family and friends. Not only was the location amazing, but the guest house allowed us all to have privacy and time away. My favorite part of this house was the outside sitting areas! The side porch with reclining chairs was my favorite!! The manager met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. There was a book with all the local info we needed in the house! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

Spent almost a month in the property. Rick was a great host and helped quickly address any issues that we had. The house is refreshed and in great condition. Quiet and very safe neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown and a 10 minute drive to the beach.
