“This property was almost a dream. I stayed 6 days here. Everything from the pool, to the grounds and the rooms were immaculately kept clean and manicured. The staff is super attentive and helpful. I felt like royalty. The spa is amazing. Patti was my masseuse during my 90 minute Swedish massage. She is a gem and took extra special care of me since I had sunburn when I came in. “Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.”

“Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. “The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room……

My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem.
