「Clean place」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to Osborne Street with grocery/liquor/pharmacy stores along with a few nice places to eat. The people that live in the building are so nice. It’s very quiet and has a beautiful large window in the living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and perfect size. Would stay here again.」

「The location was great! Many walkable nearby restaurants. The Forks was about a 20 minute walk along the river. We got there on a Friday night while a super cute vintage street market was going on right outside the building (was glad to have assigned parking). One bummer is that our vehicle was broken into while parked in the lot during the day. Not really a fault of the property, just a reality of city parking. 「We have enjoyed VRBO accommodations in many locales, but this condo in Winnipeg’s Exchange District was extraordinary in every way. The decor, location, cleanliness, attention-to-every-detail, communication - both about using the condo and the neighborhood - were exceptionally helpful. Bruce provided terrific information. 「I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo. It is located in the downtown area. The condo had all the conveniences, fully operating kitchen, dishwasher clothes washer and dryer, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Close to a store with groceries and walkable to keys spots in Winnipeg. Parking is not included, but there is a parking facility next to the condo. The host was excellent and provided help when needed immediately. Fully recommended.」
