“Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. “We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The location was perfect... just a short drive to all the attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house is small, but perfect for couples. It offers plenty of storage and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. “Our family had the most amazing time in our time at this property! The beds were comfy, the place was pristine, the wifi was perfect. I am just sad that we could not stay longer. We were in town for a softball tournament so we did not have a ton of time in the condo. We have also never been to Wildwood. If we ever return, we would love to stay at this condo. In the past, when we have rented, we always have to bring our own bedding, towels etc. It was a great feeling to have those things! ……

“The property is beautiful - 5 stars! It is completely renovated inside and out. Very clean which is the first thing I look for. We are a family of four adults, one teen, two 8-11 year olds and a 4 month old. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice neighborhood. Shops and restaurants close by. The location was perfect for us. The property is one mile from the ferry which is very convenient (we came over from Lewes). “We rented Sundaze to take advantage of my son's spring break. It was very well kitted, with everything we needed for our stay. The fenced-in yard was perfect for a pet-friendly VRBO and a real bonus. Our hosts did a great job thinking through the space and providing what you needed. The place itself is cute, clean and spacious. One thing to note - and it is not at all an issue of Sundaze - the bay side is great for walks but not particularly conducive to getting in the water (muddy, etc.).……

“Absolutely loved this condo. There were six of us (three adults, three kids) and we had more than enough room. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I think one of the things that sets this place apart is the special touches - all linens were included, along with toilet paper, paper towels, Qtips, etc. Greta was fantastic, super responsive and answered all of my questions. It felt like home! Would definitely rent here again. ”

"The sound insulation of the room is very poor."

"The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. "
