"Overall our stay was ok. The main hallways could definitely be cleaner. The room was clean, but dark. Not all the lights worked. There was a child’s hat hidden behind the curtains, pretty good in that they don’t move things while vacuuming. The shower bottom was really wonky and not flat, someone with not so great balance would not do well in this particular room. Terrible pillows, so bring your own. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Room was gross there was a big wet part on my bed when I get there. The chair had blood. Breakfast was not worth it. Key card had to be reactivated 3 times. The bed you could feel the springs. I had to go buy a pillow due to how bad there’s were. Overall just dirty. "

"Nothing special - just a basic room. Had a cold shower but then my wife realized that the hot and cold was reversed in the shower. 4 star hotel? Really?"

"Great stay! Big clean room! Cost was on point. Very family orientated! Pool was big and clean with kids toys and towels readily available. Also love that the pool/hot tub is adult only from 10pm to midnight. The included breakfast was very good for selection and the food was good. I always love the 'make your own waffle' station! It was very busy when we got to the buffet and staff were struggling a little bit to keep up. I asked for a cloth to wipe a couple of tables (to help out) and was met with a bit of defensive frustration but i chatted with the staffer a little later and smoothed things over. The rush ended shortly there after and staff managed to get back on top of things. My only critique would be that the elevator seemed a tad sketchy....slow, small (for only having one) and 'bumpy'. 🤔 Great location though! $9 Uber to WEM. Overall, a great experience and would stay again and would recommend to others. 😁"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, the room did not feel properly cleaned, restocked with towels, no coffee or garbages emptied. There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. They were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel stay, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. On top of that, the rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture, decor, and overall condition felt old and neglected, which added to the poor experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, bedding, and room updates."
