「Great stay! Low priced compared to other hotel counterpart. They have a small pool (3 feet deep which is good for kids) and hot tub. Great for families as they also have a games room but we didn't have time to check it out. Planet Fitness gym in the basement. Free Breakfast was good, but it was so busy as it's long weekend so it was hard for the kitchen staff to catch up with how fast the food goes out. 「The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.」

「The mattress is very comfortable and clean, equipped with a dining table, which is considerate. The geographical location is superior, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The sound insulation is so quiet. It would be perfect if there was a microwave in the room.」

「Comfy beds, good quality linens and towels. The room included dishes and cutlery which was a pleasant surprise for being able to consume restaurant leftovers. Easy parking and friendly staff. 」

「Room was very clean. Quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. The kehrig coffee was very good although Starbucks is only a few blocks away. I found the front entrance doors to be very heavy and difficult to open and no automatic entry. 」
