Staff was amazing. The individual at the front desk handled a random individual who was unwelcome in the lobby very professionally. They also answered all my questions politely and explained any fees associated with our service dog in training. Exit staff did the same and informed us when we get the dogs paper work in the mail, that pet fees can be waived. The room was perfect and the bed comfy. Had to turn the heat down, but that isnt anything to complain about. The junior suite also had bowls / spoons which helped us out as we forgot to bring some with us. The restaurant and the hostess was great. Amazing food. Guaranteed we will stay again.

Very impressed with this hotel. I picked it because it already had a great rating and great reviews AND the price was a great deal! My daughter and I were worried that maybe it was too good to be true, but we were blown away by how beautiful and clean this hotel was! The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were so comfortable and we didn’t end up having enough time to check out the restaurant, but it smelled wonderful! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

The room was run down, not cleaned in corners or along walls under the desk. The moldings were broken and gross in places. Splashes of unknown substance on the walls. Was red, so not dried blood, but maybe juice?

I didn't have breakfast but did order from the lounge last night. The chicken penne was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I opened the container it smelled like processed cheese or canned alfredo sauce or something. It was inedible. I ate two bites. I complained and the front desk told me to go talk to the lounge supervisor and was very unhelpful. I didn't feel like hunting down the supervisor, they should have called her to come talk to me. Won't be staying again
