「This new space is all that and more! They couldn't have been more helpful, and there was everything we needed for a simple two night stay. For those that may need longer stays, the amenities are top notch and they provide any essentials needed. We are so happy we found this location on our recent visit to the Norfolk area.」

「The room photos were outdated but the property was clean and well maintained. The staff, however, were the best attribute to our experience here over a long weekend. Overall they were friendly but when my (5yr old) daughter lost my jewelry in our room, the hotel staff and maintenance turned the room upside down to try and help us to find them!! We couldn't have wished for better service!!! Thank you Candlewood staff and Melinda!」

「Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. When I asked Hilton they said I need to read the fine print on website. I asked the representative Alex to send that to me and he said he couldn’t to look at website. Be aware loud construction...

「Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. AC was GREAT, almost too cold. Breakfast was your typical sort. The breakfast was served from 6-10 and very well stocked and clean. Just a short walk to the bay. Pool was nice. I would have given a higher rating, however... there was mold by the door leading to the balcony, the tile floor wasn't very clean(hair and sticky spots) in several places and the exhaust fan wasn't securely attached to the ceiling. Yes, this hotel is on the water, but I feel...

「Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!」
