“It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . I booked this stay as a single mum and we took a walk which is actually……

“Hotel was very charming, staff were incredible, the experience was great. A bit disappointed that the mineral hot tub mentioned with the spa service wasn’t operational and our shower supplies needed to be refilled but we enjoyed the view, the atmosphere, the bar credit and breakfast. Very thoughtful staff and comfortable rooms.”

“We stayed at Inn on 5th one night when we saw a performance at The Hult Center. The hotel was in easy walking distance. The hotel was lovely, all staff were friendly and welcoming. Every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and we were contacted several times before our stay to make sure we would have everything we needed ... eg. kettle in room, extra blankets etc. Room was ultra clean, modern and beautifully presented. Hotel was quiet and restful and as room keys were needed to access the elevator……

“Really cool place to stay. It's not cramped but it is certainly cozy. There are a million things to explore and discover. We loved our room's unique décor and the view from our big bay windows. The soaking pool was fabulous. The spa books out FAST so we definitely should have planned ahead if we wanted a spot there.”
