We liked the room we were in, didn't have to hear all the people coming and going in other rooms. We realize that you guys are updating/remodeling the rooms and even though the room was nice, it does need some updating. Staff were great! First night we were there, heard a strange pounding from the vent in our room around 10 at night, didn't know what it was and got the guy at the desk to come check it out. By the time we got back to room, there was no longer sound but he was very understanding and said if we heard it again, to notify him, we didn't hear it anymore, but the next day my husband and I realized the executive suite is right next to the workout room and it was someone running on the treadmill at that time. We told him about it later that day, it was kinda funny. Will definitely come back and stay.

I didn’t like that we paid for a full ocean view and the room 228. Was shorted that I guess because of that hideous infrastructure. It was nasty and blocked the view the main reason we stay here. I feel whatever guest stays here get shorted

The location and view were great. The staff were spectacular. The balcony was quite large. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and I enjoyed the view from the pool area while watching them swim. Yes the rooms need a refresher but they're working on that now. We were also very impressed that even with that major project going on we were never the least bit disturbed by it. The few construction workers we ran into were very nice and very welcoming as well. Overall it was a great few days at this hotel.

This was a rough trip. We did not get notified the property was under construction until we were almost to the hotel. Once there we weren't allowed to enter the parking lot due to everything being coned off without having directions about parking. Check in was great. There were flies everywhere, in the elevators, our room, the hallways. Kinda gross. The elevators took forever to get anywhere and going from the pool to the room was freezing cold when you're standing waiting for an elevator. The bed was horrible and super hard. My arms were actually numb from sleeping on it. The room across the hall had dogs barking for almost four hours and well past 11pm. We called the front desk and they tried calling the room to talk with their owner but they kept barking. The people down rlthe hall and the back sode of our room were slamming their doors and running up and down the hallway after the dogs calmed down a little. We actually received a phone call telling us we had a noisw complaint due to the people running all over, screaming and slamming doors. The staff did try to correct the issues with the other guests and part of the reason we stayed here was there was a pool and the hotel was dog friendly. We have a service dog and appreciate being able to have her but I'm not going to stay here again anytime soon. I was told in the morning at check out that they removed the late check out fee for us but it was still charged on my bank account. Paying 400 for this? horrible

Inder construction and new management. Our room was on the beach with a great view. Sliding glass door to balcony was difficult to open. Closet had one mirrored door that was off the track. Lobby and pool were lovely. Easy access to beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect! It's right on the beach and our view was spectacular. BUT - the sliding glass door out to the balcony was stuck and could hardly open. I did as the Front Desk to send a maintenance person up to the room with a can of WD-40, which was done and it worked a little better. The facility is in need of upgrading/updating the rooms and a good cleaning overhaul. The carpet going to our door was dirty and raveling. The rooms also need to be soundproofed! We could hear everything from our next door neighbors. On the day of check-out there was no hot water! And yes, I did run it quite a long time twice with no luck so no showering. I guess that we weren't the only ones. The Front Desk people (especially Paul) were very nice and accommodating.
