"There was hair on the pillow and sheets from the fold out bed and a gross stain ones the couch pillows. The white blind was completely gone from the living room window so light was coming in all night through the black curtain. There was definitely no attention to detail in cleaning the room. The breakfast was alright. The oatmeal which was full to the brim was just watery soup. Obviously we weren’t the only ones that didn’t want it. The front desk girl didn’t apologize when we took the dirty stuff down and told her the curtain was broken she just said ok "

"The hotel staff was very helpful in allowing me to check in early due to my flight landing earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated. The other reviews speaking about the train being loud, i truly didn’t experience this. However, my room was on a higher floor so I heard the train go by but it wasn’t loud and definitely didn’t wake me up out of my sleep. Something I wish I would’ve known before hand was that this hotel doesn’t have a pool. My hotel room was clean however the shower in the bathroom was not. Also, around 8am I needed more towels I was told by the front desk that the cleaning staff wasn’t there yet and that I could come down to the front desk to grab them unless I wanted to wait for them to arrive. These are all just things to make mental note of when booking here. Overall, friendly staff and great views of the city from my hotel room."

"No elevator work the entire (4) day stay..,placed on Six floor had to carry my own luggage up and down the steps I’m almost (66). Lock out my room (3) times the card to enter is bad. No one called to explain about the broke elevator nor offer to pay the money I paid back…nor was there an action plan in place to offer an another hotel. It’s was just terrible elderly people treated like this. I e were told the elevators were down since last Wednesday."
