"Everything about this hotel was really good — the distance from Masjid al-Haram, the cleanliness, the security — everything was great. The only problem we had was with the bathroom. There was a drainage issue, and water kept coming up and flooding the shower. Also, they hadn’t noticed that the shampoo and soap had run out, which was inconvenient because I was already wet and ready to shower when I realized there was no shampoo or body wash."

"It was very closed to the Rowda Rasool (pbuh). Few good restaurants across the street in museum building. Dates market in the hotel building. House keeping and reception staff was cooperative and quick responder."
