「good hotel to recommend for stay in Mumbai」

「Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time. They should look into having sliding doors with full mirrors to avoid this. Overall a very positive experience beds were...

「This was an awful experience. The entire room smelled strongly of mold, and everything — the blanket, pillows, and bed — was damp and moldy. By the next morning, there was moisture all over my suitcase, and all my clothes were damp as well. I’ve never stayed in such a humid and unpleasant room. Definitely not recommended!」

「My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.」
