「room wasn’t very clean, marks all over the walls. i questioned whether our room was even cleaned prior to our arrival. expect VERY limited staff/support. okay location if you plan to spend most time in westhampton beach area. VERY LOUD neighbors kept my bf + i awake throughout night」

「Front desk staff provider typical Long Island hospitality… Just rude!
You should send your people to the South for training for six months to get that chip off their shoulder.」

She gave me so many great recommendations and was incredibly attentive, making everything over the last two days feel completely seamless and enjoyable.
