「very good hotel and staffs are very nice and helpful 」

「Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going.」

「great location, clean and comfortable.」

「During our stay, we left two unopened bulk bags of gift snacks (worth around NZ$60) on the bed when we checked out on Saturday. The next day, we returned to ask about them and were told that housekeeping had simply thrown them away as food waste, without first calling or emailing us. 「Hotel is nicely located in a convenient area. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is provided by their in-house restaurant, Bistro Saine and it is amazingly good. Staffs are polite and professional.」

「Brand new hotel, functional & clean room, fantastic group of staff, good convenient location, it is around eight minutes walk from airport SKY Drive shuttle, easy access to city and harbourside.」

「👍 👍 👍 👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👐」

「We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown.」
