“Upon making reservation no mention of an additional $176.00 for having a dog was never mentioned in print except that they were dog friendly. When I tried to cancel my second night reservation they would not cancel and charged for room and additional fee for having a dog. There was blood stain on one of the
Pillow cases.”

“great 4 star hotel in a small Washington city. Classic downtown hotel. I went end of October 26.
The only things that were lacking was: room service, breakfast/lunch and say a pool for the summer. I rated it a 4 star due to the lack of service for food.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. my suite was nice a bit dated and lacked a modern coffee maker.”

Seems like Expedia booked rooms are the only ones that have to wait until 4:00pm check in.

“Wonderful TV reception for the football game we wanted to watch. However, the front desk person gave us a tv channel guide that was completely wrong.
Towels were REALLY old and thin.
Thank you for the extra blanket! Much appreciated.
Breakfast was standard hotel fare, nothing notable.
Room was clean but smelled over-poweringly like deodorizing spray. We had to freeze while airing out the room for quite a while.
Bed was great!”
