"We had to go to the front desk three times to get a key to open the door, then maintenance came bc it was broken. The toilet smelled like old pee the whole time. The window was broken and couldn’t close so it was drafty. There was a dirty towel on the floor when we checked into the room. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property is in poor condition, with a strong unpleasant smell throughout, and it is clearly not well maintained. It feels like there has been little to no upkeep for quite some time. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, their kindness does not make up for the overall state of the hotel. The biggest issue is the gap between expectations and reality. The hotel looks much better on social media and online photos than it does in person. What is advertised does not reflect the actual experience. I would not recommend staying here"

"The breakfast offered a wide variety of options—unlike at many other hotels. The room was very clean and had a personalized touch, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. We were assisted promptly. Congratulations to the entire hotel team, especially the housekeeper who prepared the room. We will certainly return again."

"Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in time. They had to move our room because they didn't know when our room would be ready. A/C wouldn't go below 72*. Room smelled musty. The whole facility was muggy inside. The bed as hard as a rock. Doors wouldn't soft close and always slammed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority for the management here"

What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew was not available. The overall environment felt limited, with most services seemingly unavailable or closed. Cleanliness and general upkeep were also below expectations, and the atmosphere resembled more of a hostel than a proper hotel. I would strongly recommend ensuring that the images displayed on the website truly represent the current state of the property, as this mismatch creates a very misleading impression for guests."
