Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. 「My booking with Hiding Space was a second time visit as I had a good experience with them before. It was cancelled as the company wasn't operating anymore from what I understood from the communication at the time. This was resolved and I looked to make another booking although it appeared that Hiding Space was back with properties similar to my previous visit, so I booked again at a different apartment.

「Terrible directions to the property. WiFi didn't work (router damaged) and TV cable couldn't connect due to damage, so no terrestrial viewing either. Absolute rip off for price paid. No response from property management. Floors stained and property in overall shabby condition.」
