"We had a two night stay and everything was great. The property was clean and in very good condition and the staff was excellent. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, we ordered food from two within a 3 minute walk. The hotel buffet breakfast was better the normal and coffee anytime of day. Pool water was warm with many towels. We are 2 seniors and would like to return when the price is right."

"The staff was very friendly. The room was okay, until the cushion moved on the pull out couch and I saw a used crack pipe. It was tucked on top of the mattress near the springs. A lot of food crumbs on top of the folded mattress. I was happy we didn’t need the extra bed. I told the lady at the front desk and sent her the photos. I waited over a month for sometime to connect with me about the issue, no one ever reached out. "

"The walls between rooms are extremely thin. I could hear conversations next door and couldn’t sleep. "

"This is a great property to stay at! You're steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Newport. The hotel looks recently renovated and everything was clean! My own hope was that the indoor pool would have been warmer. But once you were in for a few minutes, you got used to it."

"Why be so cheap and get rid of the hot breakfast on the weekends when families go there? We pay a higher rate and get less. That sounds about right for world we live in. We have stayed at this property a dozen or more times but I doubt we will be back. It used to be a good value but not any more. We used to like the Hampton Inn on the Cape Cod Canal also but that place got ridiculously expensive. Another good place that values the almighty dollar over its guests. I’m so not surprised. "Parking was easy. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was a nice offering But that last flight of stairs with luggage was difficult. "
