Great Newport location within walking distance to everything and the inn and room is unique and historic, but the bed was super comfortable and shower pressure was excellent. We loved it and will be back. Full made to order breakfast was a very pleasant surprise also!

Was within walking distance to BOWENS Warf as well as close proximity to the Cliff Walk and the Mansions. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was awsome. The gentleman in the the office was quite comical and made the stay more family friendly.

The hotel is unmarked — no signage — and the door, when not locked is propped open with a fire extinguisher,!even at night. The staff is kind of nasty and exasperating.

The place looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned. We asked for a first floor room due to health reason and told us it would be additional money. Parking was notorious. We left the place, forfeiting our monies paid and went to a different place.

Parking area is tight, recommend not to rent a full-size car. Connection to internet requires call to front desk as info on room door is incorrect. Upon arrival, I found no staff in the building. Had to call the inn to find out that registration was in the building next door.
