「The hotel room was lacking. There was a lot of water damage to the bathroom. The shower door wasn't sealed properly so the water leaked onto the floor and made a big mess. The lighting was lacking. A big mirror with a desk would've been a perfect place to put on makeup while somebody else was using the bathroom. Unfortunately with no lighting on that area, it was useless. I wish i would have grabbed brochures at the airport because i didn't find and until the last day we were there. They were...

「We wish the HVAC system worked properly because it seems that it would turn off once it reached a certain set temperature leaving the room practically without fresh air coming at other times. Also, there was no staff around and it was impossible to buy any drinks at their bar after hours, we actually tried to no avail. Otherwise everything was great! 」

「We upgraded (paid extra) to reserve a higher level room. This turned out not to be an upgrade because when we arrived we realized 1 of the 2 elevators was not working. Later we were told 1 elevator was out because it hadn’t been inspected as it should be. After we arrived, checked in and settled in to our 9th floor room, we were notified BOTH elevators were out. We reached out to the front desk and were asked “you can’t take stairs?” From that point on, elevators were repaired and then back...

「Room was not ready at check in time and wasn’t until 35 minutes after check in time. Room floor was not clean. Very small BR for 4 guest. Front desk clerk was not very nice and had to ask my name at least 5 times! Parking was not convenient.」

「The location and pool area were great. Our room (especially the floor) were not the cleanest. It was almost as if our corner room, were forgotten about prior to arrival. Unfortunately, there were no dressers in the room so our clothes remained in suitcases and in chairs the 5 nights we were there. So…the location was great, the pool are was clean and well kept, but the actual accommodations in the rooms were very disappointing. The front desk team were very nice and helpful…the cleaning team...

The location is convenient while not quite downtown in the historic district. I give this hotel high marks for their customer service and overall hospitality - desk staff and management. 」
