“I would like to commend the front desk agent. I checked in on Sunday October 26th around 5pm. During the drive we found out our daughter who is a student at UCSC wanted to sleep in a real bed. So I was checking in my wife thought it would be funny to interrupt the agent when she said king bed. At that moment my wife says very loudly CHANGE to TWO beds and side eyed me. Agent casually looked at me and without missing a beat started searching for an available room with two beds. Awkward as it was……

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
