"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "We stop over 2 nights heading to Scotland. Property was very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly including restaurant and kitchen staff. Very relaxing sound proof rooms. No complaints at all, lots of local amenities to explore. Only the annoying was parking but hotel has given good instructions and for breakfast you need to ask to make it for certain food such as fried eggs."
