「Everything about this place was flawless!! The was spotless, the owner was a perfect gentleman and we had the best time I think possible!! It was my first time going to Weymouth and our stay was so perfect that I will never, EVER stay anywhere else, (this is not to say anywhere else is worse in any way, but that I loved the experience we had so much I want to keep having it every time we go to Weymouth)」

「It is very very close to the railway station. The room is small but very clean and tidy. There is no lift and you will need to take your luggage upstairs. It is also close to the beach. A very nice and enjoyable stay.」

「Steve is welcoming and runs a beautiful hotel. My room overlooked the sea,and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , fresh fruits, compôte , yoghurts, warm bread and croissants. Lovely coffee. All in all I would recommend Chapter 1 as a very civilised resting place. 」
