「Extremely disappointing customer service. I would never stay here again.
After driving for several hours, I arrived exhausted. The male receptionist was cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. He handled my ID rudely, almost forgot to return it, and didn't even say thank you. His attitude made me extremely uncomfortable.
I also questioned whether his behavior was discriminatory. When delivering coffee sachets, he was all smiles, apparently before recognizing me. However, when he saw me again at...

「The motel is very shabby. The room is a bit dim and smelly. I could not say I received a warm service although I got the answers of all my questions from the reception. There is no kitchen utensils so I could do nothing with it. Laundry service is a bit expensive. The most expensive one that I have ever had in NZ. The corridor was noisy. People talking over the mobile phone until midnight! There was no hair-dryer in the room so I had to borrow one from the reception. However, I was told all...

「It's the year of 2024, I paid more than $300 and there's NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the room. The manager guy stated that they didn't list "air-conditioned" in room description on the booking page, so it's a fair play, and i should check the room description more carefully. Well, "electricity" is also not listed, and there's electricity, I'm so grateful.」
