“Everything nice only thing for parking space ”

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“This is one of our go to’s in OC. We are always pleased with everything. This time around we got a room where the AC was not working at its full potential. We spent 2 nights but reported the bad AC after the 1st night and we were given a fan which is fine I guess as a quick solution but the AC unit really needs to be fixed. We barely slept the 2 nights we were there due to the heat and high humidity. I don’t think this is a common thing at this hotel as they are very much on top of everything……

“I had a death in the family and instead of being sent condolences or any kind words the hotel was very rude. They instead reminded me of the cancellation process, refused to give me a credit for my stay, cut me off in conversation and were very rude. After being told the general manager would contact me the next day I never received any calls or emails from him. There are 3 pools at this location and all are outrageously cold with no heating. The house cleaners were 2 hours late and they only……

“I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head. Then I can easily clean my body...... I will definetely come back”

“Everything was great except the hot water. It took 7 minutes to get tolerably warm. Staff was friendly and let us check in early, clean property, on the beach/boardwalk, quiet, affordable and safe. Hopefully we will return”

“Pictures are very misleading. Room had a strong urine smell from the moment we walked in and did not go away during our two night stay. Rooms also obviously were not maintained well and seemed lazily remodeled. Stairs were easily the most convenient way to get around due to the elevator moving pretty slowly. Key cards lost programming twice and once we were not able to get a new one for a couple hours due to their system being down. Staff was otherwise very friendly and helpful. Crepes from the……
