「We had a nice stay at this house in Niagara Falls. It is about a 15 minute walk to the falls. The inside of the house was renovated and looked new. We were a party of 11 and there was sufficient space for everyone. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The house had a nice front porch but it was dusty so we could not make use of that. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.」

「We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. 「Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. 「Great location if you want want living space. Older house with original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. Owner kinda uptight about wearing shoes inside when flooring is hard and carpet is tattered and is in need of replacement in bedrooms. No blinds in front bedroom so I had to hang a blanket over curtain rods to keep light out. Pillows hard. No bedside table lamp. Overall we made it work. Used washer and dryer and had to negotiate with owner for use of that.」
