Ski in ski out

Great location ski in/out. Short walk down ski hill to Upper Village (Blackcomb base) and less than 15 min walk to Whistler Village.

Great place for ski in/ski out. It was a little small for 4 people but the location made it totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Water Pipe Burst - Ruined Vacation. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Homeowners and Renters at The Aspens, BEWARE! There has been MAJOR DAMAGE to the building on the EAST due to several pipes bursting. We could not even stay here because of this reason and had to be relocated to a different room/area that did NOT WORK OUT FOR US AND RUINED OUR VACATION. PROPERTY MGMT. NEVER NOTIFED US OR WE COULD HAVE CHANGED OUR STAY PRIOR TO COMING TO WHISTLER. WE HAVE LOST MONEY, TIME, AND VALUABLE TIME OFF OF WORK AND SCHOOL ONLY TO HAVE ZERO TIME TO SKI, ZERO TIME TO RELAX AND HAD TO BE MOVED 4 TIMES. I would not stay at this property again because of this reason - Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations (the property manager) is FAILING. (WE have stayed at this property in the past privately with success). I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM BLACKCOMB PEAKS ACCOMMODATIONS AND/OR THE ASPENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location

The apartment was in a great location. It’s a little tired but had everything we wanted. It over looked the front entrance which meant every day there was fresh snow the snow grader arrived before 7am to clear the snow away which was noisy. Sound proofing generally wasn’t great either but all in all it was a good little apartment. Staff were very helpful.

Great property - pictures exactly as property is - no surprises. Kitchen fully stocked w/ all you need (except a pizza cutter lol) even one coffee pot serving of coffee until you can get to the store. Only complaint would be the parking - bazaar they have the INBOUND keypad on the LEFT side.... (w/ a mirror to see oncoming cars) but it made it a bit challenging a couple times when new folks were exiting - not realizing the mirror would indicate a car was on the left side. Maybe some better signage? OTHERWISE - absolutely no complaints and will most likely stay again!!!! LOVED it!

Perfect for our family!

We had a great experience at this location and the unit itself was very well appointed. We've stayed a many other ski condos over the years and this one was tops in terms of how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils, cooking gear, even spices and coffee! While those seem like trivial items, when they aren't there, makes eating in extremely challenging. They even had a gas grill on the deck which we weren't expecting. The unit isn't huge, but for our family of 4, it was very comfortable. Suffice to say, the location was perfect and the condo common areas were updated, organized, clean, helpful & friendly staff and overall very smoothly run. We'd go back to this again.

Beautiful condo, very clean, neat and tidy. It is apparent that the owner takes great pride in this condo. The owner’s binder with information is thorough and easy to follow. The location of the Aspens is perfect to quickly jump on the slopes plus it is very quiet which is wonderful!

We loved our weekend away. Great location right at Blackcomb base. The complimentary ski valet service made getting on and off the mountain easy. We enjoyed the walk to the Village with the benefit of quiet at night. We plan to book at Aspens again next year.
