Christine was a spectacular host from the moment we started communicating. Her communication was prompt, clear, and very thorough throughout our stay. We've stayed in Northstar many times, and this was truly one of our best experiences. Everything was exactly as expected, and Christine made things seamless when we had a few questions. She even went above and beyond by offering to return a mountain bike elbow pad we accidentally left behind — which we had rented from a local shop. That level of service really stood out. Stellar customer service all around. I would absolutely rent from Christine again!

Fabulous trip in Whistler

The location was perfect for us. The kids loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub facilities. My only constructive criticism for this place would be the very firm beds. Would stay here again!
