The communication between Vrbo was appalling. I emailed them and messaged for updates all morning. I never received any emails back to tell me to go to my destination. There is no contact number and everything is done by message. I didn’t know if I would be going to my holiday until the very last minute. I never received any confirmation email . I didn’t know about check in details until the last minute. I wouldn’t use this company ever again. Hoseasons were brilliant if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have know about any check in details. I thought the cottage needed updating and possible a good clean. Communication needs to be a lot better with a contact number which is answered by a real person.
