“Its main plus is it is right on the main drag. Obviously parking is a problem. A parking permit is provided for Westcliffe but that is for two hours max, so virtually useless. A landlord nearby was surprised that there wasn't a Whitby parking scratchcard which every property has. So the extra cost has to be factored in.
