「There will be free ticket for whitby abbey. The building is nice and historical. Many facilities for guests to use. I like the drinking water the most. A bit difficult to find the entrance and the 199 steps to hostel is without light at night. It is a bit dangerous if you back to hostel late at night as you can't see the steps. The breakfast is very tasty and many different choices to choose.」

「Absolutely wonderful place we loved every minute!」

「We ended up staying one night of the three that we booked. This was primarily because the moment we arrived at the place we discovered the pets weren’t allowed anywhere beyond the ground floor and, if they were “well behaved” into the kitchen area. This accommodation can only be described as pet tolerant and not pet friendly.」

「Perfectly positioned for working locally and easy walk into town」

「Superb accommodation, spotlessly clean, all mod cons, garage parking, close to everything. Highly recommend, can’t fault it !!!」

「Absolutely stunning place to stay in. Apartment was super clean and felt like it was brand new. Arrived to find flowers, coffe/tea, biscuits and the basic cleaning products already kindly provided. Location is nice and central and ideal to explore the local coastline. Really felt like a home from home. Will definitely use again and cannot recommend enough. 」

「The carpets were dirty and the curtains were grubby , the flat was tired and needed updating . The second bedroom had no room to move between the beds and because of the bins outside the window we were not able to open them」

「The check-in / key collection was good, location was good. The facilities inside were poor, shower over the bath was non-existent. Walls needed repainting. Most things tired and need replacing.」

「Lovely and quiet, a good position , shame about the internet 」

「Found parking with ease. Access to house was via key safe. Front door a little stiff but fine. House was very comfy and well equipped. Although a toilet brush would have been preferred. On the surface was clean ish. Kitchen cupboard doors, doors and windows needed cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere! Towels and bedding was clean. Twin beds were tiny, not full size singles, so better suited for younger children. The biggest issue was the boiler. Heating was on when we arrarrived but soon the boiler went...

「We didn’t stay, the stairs were very intimidating and one of the handrails was too close to the wall to be of use.」
