“The staff is terrific, very nice, and very helpful. More towels, more coffee, a blanket, anything, just ask. The property is centrally located, near all the good restaurants, Walmart, and Sam's Club. Interstate 40 is just two blocks down the street. We stay here with our service dog every time we're in Tennessee visiting relatives. It's a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, the TV has soooo many channels, the parking lot is well-lit, and breakfast is served 6am to 9am.……

“The gentleman that check us in was great. However, the room was gross, the floors needed mopped, and the bed…. It needed clean sheets and blankets because there were stains on the blankets and hairs in the sheets. When I checked for bed bugs I noticed the mattress had duct tape covering holes and the frame the mattress was sitting on should have had caution tape.We were put behind the main building and it felt very off, to the point that our dog would only use the bathroom at the top of the hill……
