「All was great」

「Too cold in pool」

「Breakfast was always good. Five days of goodliness. Staff was always cleaning vacated tables to insure the readiness for new users. Parking was quite adequate, both front and back of the hotel. Had a few issues with the digital key cards. Possibly because of card touching too close to my phone in my pocket, the cards failed to unlock our room door. I have to admit, the rooms are getting somewhat tired and could use a bit of TLC. Hallways were quite noisy as we had young hockey teams staying...

「The staff was really rude to me, the morning that I had to check out, I went for a meeting and it took longer than I expected, came back to check out and I went to apologize for missing the check out, mind you I was supposed to to check out at 11am and I got back to the hotel at 11:23am. I went to apologize to the staff at the front desk and she was really rude and disrespectful to me and kept making terrible remarks and honestly I felt very insulted. 「Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was welcoming , clean and relaxing. Our host made us feel like we were home. An excellent breakfast was served. We highly recommend staying here. 」

「Had a very nice experience at this hotel. Check-in was very easy and friendly, dinner in the restaurant was very good, and check-out was also without any problems. I like to sleep in a cooler room, and my only disappointment was that the bed has a very light comforter on it, and I woke up cold during the night. There was no blanket available in the room. I would have appreciated that. 」
