We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

Front counter staff was amazing, very nice and welcoming. The room was first class. The facility is top notch. Manager stopped by our room and delivered champagne and treats because they heard we just got married, very nice touch. Staff that delivered food later in the evening was also very congratulatory. ...

Very clean and comfortable room. So convenient to be connected to the convention center. The valet service attendants were great and very helpful. This would certainly be our go to hotel for any future visits to Columbus.
